Project Description

I have several research projects that I have been working on as part of my postdoctoral fellowship:
1) A systematic review of the overlap between the research literature on pain and somatization in youth
2) Development and psychometric validation of a questionnaire assessing youth and parents' understanding of the mind-body connection
3) Several projects investigating the developmental origins on pain, somatization, and psychiatric disorders
4) Several ongoing collaborations investigating sex and gender influences in pediatric pain
5) A collaboration investigating somatic symptoms in eating disorders
6) Involvement in research on the biobehavioural treatment processes involved in a multifamily treatment for pediatric somatization
