UBC Postdoc Research Day

Are you interested in connecting with the broader community and sharing your research? Join the UBC Postdoctoral Association for their annual PDA Research Day 2023 on December 14, 2023 from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM in the Life Sciences Institute. 

At Research Day we will:

• Celebrate and showcase the breadth of research conducted by UBC postdocs  
• Highlight the current ecosystem, including efforts, resources, and challenges
• Illustrate the future today’s postdocs can help to create: a future of improved accessibility and interdisciplinary efforts, that adapts to our changing world and needs

Events will include:

• Presentations by UBC postdocs
• Keynote by Dr. Steven Taylor, Department of Psychology, UBC
• Panel: How can we build the research future?
• Catered lunch and networking session
• Town hall
• Poster session
• Networking/social with booths from local industry and academic partners
