If that is the case, this is the workshop for you! Postdoctoral Fellows are invited to participate in this workshop, which will briefly cover elements of effective supervision, including the importance of supervision, approaches to excellent supervision, how to mentor students, how to deal with conflict, and maintaining supervisory momentum.
