Rehearsing Conflict: Theatre Workshop Series
June 23-29, 2017 at Dorothy Somerset Studio

Rehearsing Conflict is a free professional (and personal) development opportunity to strengthen emotional intelligence, practice courage, and increase resilience when conflict occurs. In this unique workshop series, you will learn forum theatre techniques in order to shift how you engage with difficult conversations and conflict. By acting out real stories of conflict from our community, you will gain new insights into yourself and others that help you navigate difficult situations in the workplace. This innovative approach has been a valuable strategy for supporting UBC employees to create a respectful environment, even during difficult moments, and to cultivate the emotional intelligence that sets effective leaders apart.
