I study insects and their parasites. I have broad research interests in the evolution and ecology of host-parasite interactions, in particular the behavioural consequences of host manipulation and parasite tranmission.

As a marine molecular ecologist, I am fascinated by the complex ecosystems hidden under the sea surface, especially tiny organisms that make up the base of the marine food web. Recent advances in molecular biology and computational science have given ecologists a new toolbox to study ecosystems with higher magnification than ever before. In my research, I want to explore how we can best utilize these new tools to understand better how ecosystems work and how human activities interact with vital ecological processes. I got my Ph.D.

I have been working recently on distinguished representations for the p-adic exceptional group G2 with a collaborator. I also study G2 through another project, with Mishty Ray, which aims to characterize certain ABV packets for G2.
Finally, I am studying some relations between endoscopic subgroups and pseudo-Levis, with yet another collaborator.

I work on measurements of top quark processes (top pairs with heavy quarks, 4 top quark production) on the ATLAS experiment at the LHC. I'm currently co-lead of the group doing a range of top+other particles (W and Z bosons, photons, etc) analyses in ATLAS.
My particular interest and expertise lies in reconstructing collider events to recover kinematic information and to resolve combinatoric ambiguities. Additionally I work on effective field theory interpretations of top physics measurements to indirectly search for new physics.
