Qualification
This job listing is for those who follow into one of the below advanced degree programs or pathways and are looking to start full-time with BCG in 2027. Non-business masters students who have not previously earned a doctorate should apply through our Associate process.
- PhD or equivalent (e.g., EdD, PsyD, DBA)
- MD or equivalent (e.g., DO, MBBS, PharmD)
- JD or equivalent (e.g., LLB with licensure to practice)
- Postdoctoral researcher
- Medical trainee (e.g. resident, intern, fellow)
- Practicing physician
Language Requirements
For positions permanently located in Quebec, knowledge of French is required in order to communicate with colleagues and suppliers in the province as needed. French-language training is available to all employees in permanent positions in Quebec who do not already have strong knowledge of French.
In addition, fluency in English is required for this position, as communication with clients, partners, and colleagues is conducted outside Quebec.

REMUNERATION
The first year base compensation for this role is $199,500 CAD.
In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and a retirement contribution. BCG also provides a market leading benefits package described below.
