Hook or promise: More presence means more influence. It is the ripple effect of doing many little things that = Big IMPACT!

Have you ever met someone with a commanding presence and wondered how they were so confident and self-assured?

They walk into a room and people notice. When they talk, people listen.

Presence is one of those things that it’s hard to define, but we know it when we see it. It’s about connecting through effective communication and showing your true self in the moments that matter.

People with presence act with intention. They adapt. They show their authenticity through what they say and do. They not only look confident and comfortable, but they can speak clearly and persuasively, even under pressure.

The truth is, anyone can learn to how to feel confident and command an audience with some subtle shifts in our language, voice patterns and bodies. It’s not an all-or-nothing proposition, because presence is a building block of leadership, no matter what your title or position is.

In this session, you’ll learn specific tips and techniques to help you feel confident when it’s your time to speak. With a little bit of courage and practice, you too can ignite your leadership presence and make a big impact.

From this session, participants will learn how to:

  • Show up and communicate authentically under pressure for maximum influence and impact.
  • Customize your message and approach for maximum impact with your audience
  • Dial into your non-verbal communication so you can communicate persuasively and positively.
  • The #1 tip to regain your confidence when you find yourself slipping under pressure.
  • This workshop is full of practical tips and strategies that will dramatically bolster your confidence and give you the tools to speak up and command the room.
