National Postdoc Appreciation Week, sponsored by the National Postdoctoral Association, takes place September 21-25, 2015. UBC, and especially the PDFO, would like to take this opportunity to thank our Postdocs for their hard work and for all the contributions they have made. As a token of our appreciation, we will be hosting our Annual BBQ event on Thursday, September 24, 2015 and would be pleased if you could join us.
Now in its sixth year, National Postdoc Appreciation Week will be celebrated across Canada and the U.S. to create awareness of and recognize the contributions that postdocs make to research. We hope that all supervisors recognize the efforts of their Postdocs during this week of celebration.
If any of you have planned or will plan events during this week, please share them with our office.

Registration is required for this event, and is now closed. Those successfully registered will receive a confirmation email from the PDFO one week prior to the event. All cancellations must be received no later than 24 hours in advance of the workshop.
