As announced in September, the Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research (MSFHR) will launch a Research Trainee competition for Postdoctoral Fellows in January 2013. In order to increase awareness and describe the eligibility requirements and application process for the competition, MSHFR will hold a two hour information session offered through the UBC Postdoctoral Fellows Office.
The session will be led by MSFHR’s Research Trainee Team and will consist of a 30 minute Power Point presentation with an overview, and live (on-line) demonstration of MSFHR’s new application portal “ApplyNet”. Lastly, the session will be followed by an open Q&A session.
This session is intended for Postdoctoral Fellows seeking support for post-graduate training in biomedical, clinical, health services, population health and knowledge translation science research fields.

Registration is required - please sign up online. Those successfully registered will receive a confirmation email from the PDFO within one week prior to the session.
