Before-after safety evaluation of leading pedestrian intervals at the signalized intersections
Amir Sharafian is an NSERC postdoctoral fellow in the Clean Energy Research Centre at the University of British Columbia in Canada. Dr. Sharafian is an expert in adoption of renewable and sustainable energy resources and developing technologies with minimum climate impact. At the University of British Columbia, he is developing energy models for liquefied natural gas storage and distribution facilities, and refueling stations. Designing innovative technologies to detect and mitigate methane emissions from natural gas infrastructure are areas of his expertise. Dr. Sharafian holds a Ph.D.
